What is Web Analytics Day?
On Web Analytics Day you'll find that advanced features are automatically enabled in your free edition of ClickTracks Appetizer. During this time, you'll be able to see and use some of the more advanced features found our other editions (Analyzer, Optimizer, and Pro). On Web Analytics Day, you'll have access to professional web analytics features like ClickTracks' funnel report, robot report, search and keyword performance, and advanced visitor labeling.
In ClickTracks Appetizer, orange buttons indicate enabled features.
You'll have unrestricted use of the features for 24 hours, and we'll even offer free online classes to help you learn how to interpret your newfound data.
What is Special Feature Week?
During the days of "Feature of The Week" you'll find one or two extra features are enabled in your free edition of ClickTracks Appetizer. During this time, you'll be able to see and use some of the more advanced features found our other editions (Analyzer, Optimizer, and Pro). During "Special Feature Week", you'll have access to professional web analytics features like ClickTracks' funnel report, robot report, search and keyword performance, and advanced visitor labeling.
How do I get the most out of the advanced features?
What good is a web analytics report if you don't know what it means? Once a month (or maybe even more) we'll offer special, live, online classes that teach folks just like you how to interpret web analytics reports make meaningful decisions based on what you learn.
How will I know when?
Ah, that's easy--just use Appetizer! About a week before web analytics day, the Appetizer welcome screen will show a web analytics day countdown, and updates on the free learning opportunities. We'll also send you an email bulletin each month to let you know what day it'll be. And keep your eye out for “web analytics week”–-a full seven days with select advanced features enabled.
What about technical support for Appetizer?
First, use the online help within Appetizer -- it's really meant for you! Second, visit the Appetizer Technical FAQ page. We'll keep it updated with answers just for Appetizer users. Lastly, our telephone and email support is only for licensees of ClickTracks commercial products with a current maintenance agreement -- it's how ClickTracks can continue to deliver great web analytics products and support! We encourage all Appetizer users to purchase a full license to ClickTracks Pro, Optimizer or Analyzer and enjoy first class telephone support.
What if I want to use an advanced feature but it isn't Web Analytics Day?
We thought you'd ask! You can just download a trial of the ClickTracks version with the feature you want-- it won't upset or overwrite Appetizer. Start your free trial from the Appetizer welcome screen, or have a look at ClickTracks' product comparison page and select the edition that has the features you're after. If you want to use the advanced features after your trial period, then buy the product…most people do!
