Lyris, Inc. ManagementLuis has more than 12 years of experience in business development and international sales. He has managed sales and operations in countries throughout the world, including Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Germany, Japan and the UK. Before joining Lyris, Luis was Director of International Sales at Turbolinux. He is a graduate of Claremont McKenna College.
Joe Lambert, Chief Financial Officer
Lyris, Inc. ManagementPrior to joining the Lyris, Inc., Joseph Lambert served as Director of Operational Accounting for Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream, Inc. from December 2001 to August 2005. From March 2001 through June 2001, Lambert was a consultant and served as Interim Controller of Equilibrium Technologies. From June 2001 through October 2001, he was employed by New Boston Select Group, Inc., in which capacity he continued to serve as Interim Controller of Equilibrium Technologies. Prior to his work with Equilibrium Technologies, Lambert served as Controller of 1stUp.com Corporation. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California Los Angeles.
Blaine Mathieu, Senior VP of Marketing
Lyris, Inc. ManagementAs SVP of marketing, Mathieu is responsible for driving brand and product strategy based on the company's new Lyris HQ integrated marketing technology platform. Most recently, Mathieu held the position of general manager and vice president of product and marketing at Corel Corporation. He was responsible for creating global marketing and product strategies for a wide range of software products targeted at consumers, businesses and professionals. Mathieu also built Corel's integrated marketing team, driving demand across both online and offline channels and implemented the company's first-ever system for closed-loop tracking of marketing performance.
Mathieu held a variety of senior management positions at Corel Corporation, Adobe Systems Incorporated, Gartner Group and a range of other companies. He received his MBA from Athabasca University in Canada in 1999, and his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta in 1989.
Robb Wilson, VP Technology
Lyris, Inc. ManagementRobb Wilson brings more than 12 years of extensive software development, digital hardware expertise, and management experience to the company. Prior to Lyris, Wilson served as Vice President of Software Development for Quris, the high-profile online marketing firm. He has also served in leadership roles in the Association for Interactive Marketing's Council for Responsible Email and the Email Processing Industry Alliance.
Sean Ryan, VP Engineering
Lyris, Inc. ManagementPrior to joining Lyris, Sean served as COO of BookSurge LLC, a print-on-demand and inventory-free distributor of books, playing a significant role in preparing the company for its eventual sale to Amazon.com. Previously, as one of four founders and CTO for ExactTarget, Sean was responsible for development of the company's email marketing hosted software product. Before ExactTarget he served as Director of Software Development for Digital River where he was responsible for building and managing a centralized commerce platform supporting sites for large clients. He began his career working for a leveraged buy-out company (LBO) followed by seven years at Accenture performing business process consulting and technology implementations for Fortune 500 companies. He received his Bachelor's of Science degree in Entrepreneurial Sciences from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
Jason Han, VP of Sales
Lyris, Inc. ManagementJason Han has more than nine years of experience in software sales. Prior to leading Lyris overall sales efforts, Jason was responsible for driving significant growth in Lyris' hosted email marketing business. Previous to Lyris, he managed the inside sales team at Turbolinux and Siebel Systems. Jason holds a bachelors degree from University of California, Berkeley.
Sylvie Moreau, VP of Business Development
Lyris, Inc. ManagementSylvie is a seasoned sales and business development professional with 15 years experience in the hardware and software industries. As the Director of International Sales at TGV Software, Sylvie was instrumental in the company's successful IPO and later on its acquisition by Cisco Systems. At VPNet Technologies, Sylvie started and led the international sales group which eventually positioned VPNet as a major global player and contributed to its successful acquisition by Avaya. Sylvie also managed Global Partnerships for Cisco Systems and RealNetworks. She is well known for her knowledge of international markets and for delivering significant revenue growth and increased market share for startup organizations. She came to Lyris from ClickTracks, which she joined in January 2002 and subsequently put in place the company's sales infrastructure and revenue model.
Dave Dabbah, VP of Marketing
Lyris, Inc. ManagementDave Dabbah is responsible for developing strategic branding and lead generation initiatives for the Lyris solutions. Dave brings 12 years of sales and marketing expertise to Lyris and was previously Vice President of Business Development for Uptilt, a developer of hosted CRM solutions, where he played a key role in product development, branding, and sales strategy for the company's automated sales solution. Dabbah studied communications at Cal State Fullerton.
Krista LaRiviere, Director, Professional Services Operations
Lyris, Inc. ManagementKrista brings ten years of entrepreneurial and Web content management leadership to Lyris team. She co-founded Hot Banana Software in 1999, where she was been responsible for growing the business, driving strategy and directing the employees.
Krista graduated with a BA in Economics, a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honors) and a post-graduate degree in Applied Information Technology. She has been named as a top-ten finalist in the Business Development Bank of Canada's Young Entrepreneur Awards and was recently awarded with the Nipissing University Alumni Achievement Award for success in her career.
Krista sits on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Advanced Technology Alliance (CATA), Women In Technology (WIT) and her local Rotary Club. She is also involved with Women Entrepreneurs of Canada and AceTech - Academy for Software CEOs.
